Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Trila.site. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy explains how you can return or exchange products and how refunds are processed.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: You may return most items within 30 days of receiving them. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: Some items, such as custom-made or special-order watches, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product details for specific exclusions.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at returns@trila.site. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If your return is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued for the amount paid for the product, excluding any shipping fees.
  • If the return is not accepted (due to damaged, used, or non-returnable items), you will be notified, and the product will be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchanges:

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please contact our customer service team, and we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
